I need a list of last month’s transactions. Where do I find it, and can I get it from the mobile menu?
Where do I see my mobile money transaction statement?

Published guidance says the statement is in the app’s statement or transaction-history section. Each entry carries the transaction type, the amount, the date, the time and the transaction ID.
It is not available from the mobile menu — the guidance states plainly that the statement is app-only. On a feature phone, reconciling your records therefore means logging into the app on a smartphone, or asking customer service for help.
The statement earns its keep in a few real situations — finding a transaction ID when something is disputed, reconciling a month’s spending, or confirming a payment actually went. A complaint will ask for that ID first.
Screenshotting important transactions separately is a good habit — especially admission fees, exam fees or payments for a government service, where the process takes time to complete. A screenshot survives an app being reinstalled or a phone being changed, which a statement inside the app does not always do.
