How do I check my Grameenphone balance?

Dial *566# for your main balance. Several published sources give this same code, so there is little disagreement about it.

Internet and minute balances are separate from the main balance and need their own codes. The main balance is money in your account; internet and minutes are what remains of a package you bought. When a package runs out, usage starts drawing on the main balance — which is exactly why the two are worth checking separately.

🚨 No number is given here for the internet-balance code, deliberately. Some compiled lists give one, but Grameenphone’s own published page describes that same code as showing call-drop compensation. Those are two different things, and since we could not establish which is right, we have not printed it.

The most dependable way to see internet and minute balances is the operator’s official app, which shows the package name, what is left and its expiry together — and stays current.
