I want to find my Airtel number. Do Robi’s codes work here, or does Airtel have its own?

On Airtel, dial *2# to see your own number. Published sources also give *121*7*3# as an alternative to try if the first does not work.

Because Robi and Airtel are run under the same company, some codes are common to both — *2# being one. Not all of them are, though: balance and internet codes can differ, so working from one network’s list on the other is not safe.

You can also tell the operator from the first three digits of the number, which helps in choosing the right code. Which prefix belongs to which operator is covered in a separate question.

⚠️ If a code fails, do not assume the phone is at fault — when an operator changes a code the old one simply stops working. The official app or the helpline is the reliable source then. Trying the alternative code before concluding anything is worth a moment too, since operators commonly leave a legacy code running alongside a newer one for years.
